Delivery
All of our wheelie bins, spare and accessories come with FREE delivery to business addresses, and a small £7.90+VAT charge to residential addresses (England & Wales).
Please Note: Deliveries to Scotland or Scottish Highlands may incur a surcharge for delivery, please contact us to request an updated cost once your order is placed or for an estimate before ordering.
All deliveries are made during regular business hours:

All deliveries to residential and business addresses must be able to receive delivery of their items during these hours. If deliveries are missed, SkipsAndBins.com reserve the right to charge the customer for any re-delivery costs incurred by our transport company.
If special delivery instructions are required and are not pre-agreed, SkipsAndBins.com reserve the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred to fulfil these requirements. If an item can not be delivered and is returned to us, you will be charged for return shipping and a restock fee of £5.00+ VAT per bin.
Any necessary proof of delivery (POD) paperwork will be provided upon request.
Deliveries will be made by our chosen transport company to the kerbside or loading bay of your premises.
The standard point of delivery is to the kerbside or loading bay of your delivery address.
Please note: It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of any packaging we may use to protect the products dispatched. This packaging may include one or more pallets. Please dispose of it responsibly.
Returns
Damaged & Faulty Goods: All returns must be pre-approved by informing us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Damaged or faulty goods can be returned for a full refund or replaced, and SkipsAndBins.com will cover the costs involved.
Change of mind: In the event you change your mind or order the wrong product, you can request a return within 28 days of receiving your goods. All returns must be pre-approved by informing us within 28 days of receiving your goods. For non damaged or faulty goods, you will be required to pay for the return shipping and also a restocking fee of £5.00+ VAT per bin. If you prefer, you may return the bin to us at your own cost, however in this case the restocking fee of £5.00+ VAT per bin will still apply.
Customised product returns: Due to the nature of customised bins being built to order, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, except in the case of goods arriving damaged or faulty.
