Notwithstanding any statutory rights, all items supplied by SkipsAndBins.com Ltd (the company) https://buyabin.skipsandbins.com/ (online store) are subject to these terms and conditions.

Delivery is included but only applies to commercial premises within mainland England and Wales. The company will provide a quotation for other UK  destinations. Domestic deliveries do incur additional service costs from our courier, however these costs are available during the order processing section.

When we ship more than one 2 wheeled bins we stack the wheels and axles inside the corresponding wheelie bin. The process of fitting the wheels is straight forward and will not require any tools. We can offer the purchaser a fitting service, however, further costs will apply.

When two or more 4 wheeled bins are supplied, they will be in stacks up to 5 bins high, you are responsible for de-nesting the bins, this can be done by applying the brakes, tip the bins on their fronts and pull each bin from inside the one below. This will require at least 2 people, SkipsAndBins.com Ltd will not be liable for any damage or injury caused. Please let us know if you require the bins to be sent as single units, however, further shipping costs will apply. We can attend site for large volume orders to carry out any works that are required, again service costs will apply.

All our Wheelie Bins are brand new and unused, some bins may suffer minor scuffing during the delivery process, the company will not refund or offer any reduction in cost due to this process. Our Wheelie Bins are not wrapped for shipment.

All our Wheelie Bins are manufactured within EN840 strict guidelines and can be lifted using standard rear end lifting collection vehicles. You are responsible for checking that the wheelie bin (s) ordered will be collected by your waste management service provider. We cannot be held responsible for non-collection.

The capacities indicated are nominal and the dimensions approximate, please check the exact dimensions with us as sometimes different manufacturers are used. The colours are indicative of our images provided.

If you need to return a bin (s) or bins are not accepted for delivery, there is  a restocking fee of £5.00+ VAT per bin in addition to the actual cost of return shipping, which may vary (except due to a fault or shipping damage). If you prefer, you may return the items to us using another carrier, please let us know that this is happening or we may refuse delivery. If we add accessories to the Wheelie Bins as per the customer’s requirements, we reserve the right not to accept returns.

It is the customer’s responsibility to dispose of any packaging delivered with the bin (s) This packaging may include one or more pallets.

Deliveries to business addresses:- please note that deliveries will take place during normal office hours, (Monday-Friday 7am-8pm), SkipsAndBins.com Ltd reserves the right to back charge the customer any direct costs charged by the transport company for non delivery or refusal. Normal point of delivery is to the edge of the property or loading area. Proof of Delivery (POD) will be provided upon request.

All our 4 wheeled plastic containers have DIN lifting points (trunnions), it is your responsibility to check the height of the DIN lifting points. Our 4 wheeled metal containers are supplied without DIN lifting points, please specify they are required when ordering.

SkipsAndBins.com Ltd provides a twelve month’s warranty from delivery for any manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty. All bins should be returned to our warehouse once we agree for the item (s) to be returned. All transportation charges are to be prepaid by the customer, unless the item (s) where damaged during the delivery process. We will require photographic evidence before the return process can begin, Once the item(s) have been returned the company will check the item(s). If the company determines that it has failed due to a defect in manufacturing, it will be replaced without charge.

The goods remain the property of SkipsAndBins.com Ltd until the items are paid for.

The company reserves the right to use the credit/debit card details given by the customer, the customer must agree to SkipsAndBins.com Ltd charging the card for any outstanding / overdue payments, irrespective of which sales order the card information was originally provided for.

SkipsAndBins.com Ltd will be not held liable for consequential damages, liability in any circumstance shall be limited only to replacement of any item, or part thereof, excluding shipping costs.

When ordering Wheelie Bins with towing kits, the towing kits will be placed loose inside other bins. We can offer a fitting service on site if required, please let us know that this service is required so we can send you a full quotation.

Delivery will take between 3-7 working days, however if bins are not available or need modifications such as drop fronts fitted, delivery will take longer. We will advise the purchaser(s) of the timescale.
